Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of PAIR: Connect & Fill (“PAIR”), provided by OFG Games.

Using PAIR

You may use PAIR for personal, lawful entertainment purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the app, bypass purchase systems, misuse third-party services, or use PAIR in a way that violates applicable law.

In-app purchases

PAIR may offer consumable items such as lives, hints, or packs, and non-consumable purchases such as Remove Ads. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms, billing rules, and refund processes.

Consumable purchases are intended to be used in the game and generally are not restorable after they have been consumed. Eligible non-consumable purchases may be restored using the Restore Purchases option in PAIR.

Advertising

PAIR may display advertising. Purchasing Remove Ads removes forced advertising as described in the app; optional rewarded advertising may remain available where offered.

Game availability and changes

We may update, improve, rebalance, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.

Intellectual property

PAIR, its visual design, text, graphics, game content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to OFG Games except where third-party rights apply. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Disclaimer

PAIR is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or operating-system version.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OFG Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of PAIR. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when PAIR or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
