Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OFG Games handles information in PAIR: Connect & Fill (“PAIR”). PAIR does not require account registration or sign-in.

Information stored on your device

PAIR stores game progress, settings, lives, hints, purchase-state information, and similar gameplay data locally on your device so the game can function and remember your progress.

Advertising

PAIR uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertising. Google’s advertising services may process information such as IP address (which can be used to estimate general location), device or app identifiers, advertising data, ad interactions, app interactions, diagnostics, crash information, and performance information. These data may be used for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.

PAIR requests non-personalized advertising where configured. Non-personalized advertising is not based on a user’s past behavior for ad targeting, but advertising providers may still use identifiers or similar technologies for functions such as frequency capping and aggregated reporting, subject to applicable consent requirements.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. OFG Games does not receive your payment-card details. PAIR may receive purchase transaction information needed to unlock purchased content, grant consumable items, restore eligible purchases, and prevent duplicate fulfillment.

Information we do not ask you to provide

PAIR does not include an account system and does not ask you to submit a name, postal address, phone number, password, or account profile to play the game.

Third-party services

PAIR may rely on third-party platform and service providers, including Apple App Store services and Google Mobile Ads. Their processing of information is governed by their own privacy terms and applicable law.

Data retention

Gameplay data stored locally remains on your device until it is overwritten, reset, or removed with the app or device data. Third-party providers determine retention for information they process under their own policies and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can remove locally stored PAIR data by deleting the app and its data from your device. Advertising and privacy choices may also be presented by the operating system or advertising provider where required.

Children

PAIR is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly ask users to submit personal account information through the game.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when PAIR’s features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
